Senior Operations Associate

Headway’s mission is to fix this by building a new mental healthcare system everyone can access. Over 75,000 providers across all 50 states run their practice on our software, serving over 1 million patients. We're a Series D company with $325M+ in funding. As a Senior Operations Associate, you will operationalize and scale core workflows that will deliver real-world impact to hundreds of thousands of patients and providers around the country. This role is core to ensuring the operational health of our business.

Responsibilities

Operationalize and scale core workflows that deliver real-world impact to patients and providers; design and implement world-class execution strategy to ensure high-quality operations; act as an operational bridge to product and data teams; drive the build, execution, monitoring and implementation of scalable products and processes; leverage operational expertise to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and automation; support and lead cross-functional efforts with product, engineering, payer, and CX teams to drive core ops processes and achieve team OKRs

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in consulting / operations / investment banking or related experience; self-starter, constantly pushing toward clarity and execution; highly data-driven, able to drive complex analyses to identify key actionable insights; collaborator who proactively partners across teams while holding others and yourself accountable for business results; systems thinker, inclined to solve problems with product and automation
