Job Title: Senior Pricing & Data Analyst. About the Client: A leading organization in the beauty and aesthetics industry, providing professional services, products, and solutions to businesses and consumers across the U.S. Overview: We are seeking a Senior Pricing & Data Analyst to partner directly with the CFO on a high-priority strategic initiative focused on simplifying and improving a highly complex pricing structure. The initial project involves analyzing approximately 560,000 individual prices across approximately 9,000 SKUs. This is not a traditional financial analysis or accounting role. The primary challenge is analytical: understanding a very large and complex pricing dataset, identifying the patterns and logic behind it, separating meaningful commercial differences from unnecessary complexity and historical exceptions, and developing a clearer and more manageable pricing structure. The ideal candidate is someone who can take a large, messy dataset, impose structure on it, identify what matters, ask the right business questions, and translate the analysis into clear recommendations for executive leadership. This role is well suited for someone with a background in pricing analytics, commercial analytics, business intelligence, operations analytics, strategy, consulting, or another highly analytical field. Schedule: Night Shift (US Timezone). Setup: Remote.
