Senior Producer, Experiential

The Senior Event Producer is key within the agency, leading projects for our major accounts and overseeing the full project lifecycle—from client relationships and pre-production to live event delivery onsite. This senior role reports in to the Project Director, supports and mentors junior team members, and owns/develops accounts while managing budgets and leading large projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of live, hybrid, and experiential events; Build and nurture client relationships, identifying growth opportunities; Manage budgets, suppliers, and production timelines; Support and mentor junior team members; Lead event execution, troubleshooting issues for seamless delivery; Collaborate with the creative team to meet client expectations and budgets; Manage suppliers and run workshops to share knowledge within the agency

Requirements

Experience in office sharing programmes (word, excel, teams); Mac user; Communicates effectively and constructively with the team and clients; Excellent written and presentation ability; Able to complete tasks with strong attention to detail; Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise workload; Great at timekeeping and time-management; Flexible approach to problem solving; Bring fresh ideas to the team and challenge the status quo; Be experienced in working individually or within a team on a variety of projects; Confident when selling ideas to client and colleagues; Experience in a fast-paced working environment; Experience working with clients of varied sizes in different sectors; Several years industry experience; A positive can-do attitude; A solutions-based mindset; A natural gravitas and presence to make things happen; Punctual, meets deadlines and can prioritise deadlines; A natural leader & team player who’s able to get the best out of their team by being reliable, trustworthy, and honest; Ambitious, dynamic, autonomous, organised, self-motivated, calm, positive & resilient; Culturally aware and sensitive; Aware of current trends, openings, and experiences; An ability to think strategically about marketing challenges, whatever the brief, audience, or channel; Committed, enthusiastic, self-motivated and have high personal standards; A keen interest in sports and culture
