Senior Product Designer

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape the core experience of the most intuitive legal platform in the world. You’ll work end-to-end—exploring ideas, crafting clear interfaces, and refining details in close collaboration with engineers. The role is execution-first: your strength lies in turning complex workflows into simple, powerful interfaces, especially as we design new patterns for working with AI.

Responsibilities

Design user flows, interactions, and interfaces for AI-powered tools; Turn ambiguous problems into concrete, high-quality product experiences; Work hands-on with engineers to bring your designs to life; Use Figma to design, document, and iterate with speed; Contribute to—and help scale—our design system; Push for clarity, consistency, and quality in every corner of the product

Requirements

Strong experience designing digital products end-to-end; A portfolio that shows clear thinking, elegant UI, and shipped product work; Sharp visual skills and attention to detail; Curiosity about how AI changes user behavior and interfaces; Pragmatism and a bias toward shipping over theorizing
