Full-time Remote work

Publication date: 04/11/2026

n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. The Relay team removes credential friction for new users by providing Gateway credits, giving n8n Cloud users leading AI models and services such as web search, scraping and document parsing built in, with no keys to manage. The role shapes the Gateway credits experience and the Enterprise AI Gateway, working across product, partnerships, enterprise discovery and cross-team leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the Gateway credits experience end to end: from sign-up to first successful AI workflow or Agent, to ongoing usage; Remove credential friction across the product, working with the Growth, Agents and n8n Assistant teams; Decide which models and services to offer, and how to price and package them for users; Own relationships with model and tool providers, from first conversation to signed deal; Lead commercial negotiations, including volume commitments, pricing and terms; Partner with Finance on commitment approvals and consumption forecasting; Decide when to add, expand or drop a provider, based on user demand, quality and cost; Lead discovery with enterprise customers and prospects: platform teams, IT and security leads, and AI owners; Turn learnings into a clear product strategy, including what to build, pause and stop; Define the core enterprise gateway capabilities: virtual keys, budgets and spend limits, model access policies, usage reporting and audit; Consider how the gateway works for self-hosted and Cloud customers, working closely with engineering and the Cloud team on deployment; Help define how the enterprise gateway is packaged and sold, together with Sales, Finance and leadership; Work with a dedicated engineering team and with design as one product team; Coordinate with teams owning nearby areas such as identity and access management, governance, billing and the Cloud experience; Keep leadership, Sales and Customer Success informed and bring them clear recommendations

Requirements

Experience as a PM for AI infrastructure, developer platforms or LLM tooling (for example AI gateways, model APIs, or AI platform products), or for enterprise admin and governance products (for example access control, policy, spend management or audit); Hands-on experience with partner or vendor deals: you have negotiated terms, not only managed relationships; A strong grasp of usage-based pricing, unit costs and consumption forecasting; Comfort talking with enterprise buyers: platform engineers, security teams and IT leaders; Builder mindset: You're entrepreneurial and hands-on, and you enjoy moving from an ambiguous problem to a prototype, shipped product, and iteration quickly; Technical fluency: You're comfortable reasoning about APIs, integrations, authentication, schemas, data flows, and system constraints and can partner deeply with engineers; Data fluency: You can define meaningful success metrics, investigate product behaviour and funnels, and combine quantitative evidence with qualitative insight and product intuition

Nice to have

Built or run an LLM gateway or proxy, or worked closely with tools like LiteLLM, Portkey or similar; Experience with products that run both self-hosted and as SaaS; Built products for technical users and understand what great developer and builder experiences look like; Worked on products involving third-party APIs, authentication, developer platforms, or integration ecosystems; Built products alongside developer communities, contributors, or external ecosystems
