Senior Product Manager, Enterprise (Remote)

We're hiring our next Senior Product Manager for the Enterprise side of Brellium. You'll own the product our enterprise customers live in every day: every interface a customer touches, the integrations that connect us to their EMR, and the implementation process that gets them live.

Responsibilities

Own the customer-facing surface area (web app, notifications service, reporting, API, and permissions); Own EMR integrations, deciding what to build, what to buy, and how to make integrating with a new EMR a configuration; Own implementations, including large enterprise rollouts and productizing smaller implementations; Own problems end-to-end: discovery, definition, build, launch, and follow-through after launch; Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering on integrations, data models, and permissions; Turn implementation work into product by replacing manual steps, spreadsheets, and one-off scripts; Partner with sales, CS, and implementation on live accounts and bring learnings back into the roadmap; Sit with providers and administrators to understand their workflow before proposing a solution

Requirements

3–6+ years in product at a B2B SaaS company with a genuinely high product bar; Experience deeply working with an engineering organization and comfort in technical discussions on APIs, integrations, and data; Experience owning something with real customers and real consequences, ideally including enterprise accounts, integrations, or implementation; Clear, concise communicator who can hold a line on priorities across engineering, GTM, and customers; Ability to learn domains fast; Balances intuition and data and is comfortable deciding without complete information; Technical enough to prototype, query the database, or read the code

Nice to have

Experience with healthcare data or EMR integrations; Background in a delivery, forward-deployed, or implementation-adjacent product role
