Senior Product Manager

Resmed is a leading health technology company focused on sleep, breathing, and care delivered in the home. The Consumer Health team exists to reduce the distance between recognizing a sleep health issue and receiving the right intervention. The Senior Product Manager – Consumer Health will own and evolve Resmed's consumer sleep monitoring portfolio, spanning connected sleep monitoring devices, companion digital experiences, and strategic ecosystem partnerships.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve Resmed's consumer sleep monitoring portfolio, spanning connected sleep monitoring devices, companion digital experiences, and strategic ecosystem partnerships; Shape the future of connected sleep health by owning the strategy and roadmap for the consumer sleep monitoring portfolio; Champion the user through research, empathy, and data; Own the product roadmap from whiteboard to launch and beyond; Think beyond the expected by anticipating industry trends and bringing strategic insight; Build with purpose by translating insights into product strategies and leading cross-functional execution; Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams

Requirements

Passion for user-centric product development; Deep understanding of healthcare markets; 5+ years of product management experience; Demonstrated success defining product strategy and leading cross-functional teams from concept through commercialization; Solid grasp of commercial strategy, digital and mechanical technologies, and the nuances of healthcare (e.g., clinical, compliance, regulatory); Excellent communication and leadership skills; Decisive, analytical, and action-oriented; Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritizes ruthlessly, and leads with clarity; You thrive in cross-functional environments and know how to move teams toward a shared vision; You instinctively balance user needs with strategic goals; Understanding of how device data, integrations, and ecosystem partnerships can enhance the consumer experience

Nice to have

Experience working with consumer wearables, connected health platforms, or external technology partners; Experience building consumer hardware, connected devices, digital health products, or regulated medical technologies
