Senior Product Manager - (Remote)

Responsibilities

Define the why, when, and what of the products the engineering team is building; lead cross-functional teams from product ideation through launch; build a product and strategy that reflects Insider One's vision; articulate the business value to the product team; define the release process and coordinate activities to bring the product to market; manage and prioritize product items; own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas; benchmark, monitor, and understand market needs, competition, customer requirements, and emerging technologies; define and analyze metrics to calculate feature/product performance and customer satisfaction; create great products that everybody loves

Requirements

5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product; B.S. from a top-tier university, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; previous hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule; previous hands-on experience in Agile Product Development; exceptional decision-making and communication skills; ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate requirements into detailed product specifications; real passion for detailed feature design and problem-solving; self-driven, organized entrepreneurial spirit; ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision; fluent in English; leadership; communication; problem solving; teamwork; listening; entrepreneurial spirit
