Responsibilities

Maintain and improve the QMS; Lead and develop the Quality team; Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions; Ensure documentation, traceability, and compliance; Reporting directly to the managing director

Requirements

Experience in quality engineering within manufacturing; Knowledge of relevant quality standards (e.g. AS9100); Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Ability to read engineering drawings; Leadership and communication skills
