Senior Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter, you'll play a key role in building Pulley's team and business. You'll manage end-to-end recruiting with a focus on building exceptional pipelines for specialized roles outside the usual tech recruiting playbook. As an early recruiting hire, you'll have the opportunity to shape our talent acquisition strategy and processes.

Responsibilities

Run full recruiting cycles - source, screen, close; Build deep pipelines via sourcing, especially for specialized roles; Partner with hiring managers and leadership on recruiting strategies; Create exceptional candidate experiences; Collaborate to improve our recruiting operations

Requirements

Track record scaling teams at fast-growing companies; Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities; Data-driven approach to recruiting; Knack for creative problem-solving and a bias for action; Passionate about Pulley's mission; Eager to work on-site in Manhattan 3x / week
