Senior Retail Assistant | Repco Te Puke

Repco is a well-known and highly respected brand within the automotive industry. At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store and as a Duty Manager\Senior Retail Assistant your key focus is to ensure this. This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products and ensuring they find what they need, upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till. You will also take responsibility as a key holder, opening and closing as well as running shift on Sunday.

Responsibilities

Ensure each customer has a great experience in store; provide guidance around products and ensure they find what they need; upsell where possible and process sale at the till; act as key holder, opening and closing and running shift on Sunday; always have a safety focus to ensure safety of self, teammates and customers; provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers; use strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance; maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards; process stock; receive, dispatch and store; be an enthusiastic, cooperative and collaborative Repco team member and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements

People person; passionate customer service expert; confident working in a retail/sales environment; able to deal with a variety of customers; strong communication skills; excellent phone manner; team-focused attitude; 'can do' attitude; ability to lift, bend and climb

Nice to have

Previous retail and/or customer service experience; interest in automotive
