Responsibilities

Structure & draft RFPs; Coordinate architect inputs; Define evaluation criteria, scoring matrices, BOQs, pricing schedules; Support bid evaluation

Requirements

Degree in Electrical/Control/Telecom Engineering; 10+ years on site-based supervision of SCADA/OT/control-centre or telecom projects; Proven FAT/SAT and cutover leadership; GCC/UAE site experience
