Senior Risk Transfer Consultant

We are partnering with a growing independent consultancy looking to hire a Senior Risk Transfer Consultant to join its expanding de-risking team. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing risk transfer practice. This is a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

Advise pension schemes on de-risking and risk transfer strategies; Support transactions from initial planning through to execution; Work closely with clients, insurers and advisers across the market; Manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships; Contribute to the growth and development of a specialist risk transfer team

Requirements

Significant experience within the pension risk transfer market; Strong understanding of de-risking solutions and insurer markets; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Experience operating at Senior Consultant level or above
