Senior Sales Associate

The Senior Sales Associate supports the day-to-day operations of the clinic by leading through example on the sales floor and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. This role acts as an experienced peer leader—helping drive sales performance, providing informal guidance to team members, and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Lead by example in achieving daily sales and conversion goals; Deliver exceptional client service by educating clients on products, memberships, and treatments; Support clinic-wide retention and loyalty programs; Reinforce Skin Laundry’s service standards and brand values; Support opening and closing procedures including register reconciliation and invoice closeout; Maintain accurate inventory levels by restocking, receiving shipments, and product counts; Ensure cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards; Execute operational checklists and compliance tasks; Provide on-the-floor coaching and real-time feedback to Sales Associates; Support onboarding and training of new team members; Act as a point of contact for questions or issues during assigned shifts; Follow and reinforce all operational policies and loss prevention procedures

Requirements

Intermediate knowledge of retail operations, POS systems, and cash handling; Familiarity with Zenoti or similar scheduling and sales software; Strong product knowledge and passion for skincare and client education; Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to coach peers and foster teamwork; Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; Reliable, proactive, and accountable in daily execution; Minimum 1–2 years of retail, hospitality, or service experience required; Must be at least 18 years of age; Must be available and able to work weekends (Saturday AND Sunday) regularly; Must have flexible availability to work part time; Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours; Must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance; Reliably commute to home clinic location and periodically travel to other clinics as needed
