Senior SAP Solution Analyst

You will work with the business customers, users, technical architects, and application designers to define the functional business process requirements for the SAP system within a designated functional area. In this position you will provide full life-cycle support, as well as creating system documentation, including operating procedures, functional and technical design specifications, and technical support documentation.

Responsibilities

Work with business customers, users, technical architects, and application designers to define functional business process requirements for SAP system within designated functional area; Provide full life-cycle support and create system documentation including operating procedures, functional and technical design specifications, and technical support documentation; Work with business stakeholders and delivery managers to understand business requirements in detail; Serve as primary IT contact and lead role for customer-facing projects; Lead transitioning requirements and use cases to designers; Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing; Participate in quality reviews; Troubleshoot, debug, and test existing solutions to ensure business continuity; Collaborate with other IT teams for integration, development and cross functional requirements; Utilize new and existing technology to design solutions for commercial and order to cash organization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; Advanced English language skills; Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, supporting business enabled processes in commercial and order to cash processes in SAP; Experience with end to end full life cycle SAP implementation; In-depth expertise with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module; Strong knowledge of sales order processing, delivery, invoicing, pricing, and customer master data; Hands-on experience with eDocument Cockpit and tax reporting solutions in SAP

EDI experience is considered a plus; Familiarity in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management is a plus
