Senior Solutions Consultant

Braze is looking to hire a Senior Solutions Consultant for its Media, Entertainment, Gaming and Sports (MEGS) segment, servicing the Americas book of business. The role is based in the Austin office, is hybrid, and requires travel of at most 50% at peak times.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers during the sales process; Bring product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to customer engagements; Lay strong foundations, beginning pre-sales, for long-term partnership between Braze and customers; Serve as a technical thought leader across the MEGS vertical, various customer types, and geographic markets; Position BrazeAI capabilities (including AI Decisioning Studio, AI Content Optimizer, AI Agents) to sophisticated customers; Partner with Braze's sales, marketing, security, and product teams; Mentor Solutions Consultants on your team; Help build prospective customer confidence in Braze's capabilities and team

Requirements

Experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success; Exemplary written and verbal communication skills; Strong follow-up skills; Team player; High level of intellectual curiosity; Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team; Domain knowledge of two or more of: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, or Programming (even just HTML)
