Senior Solutions Consultant

Braze is looking to hire a Senior Solutions Consultant for our Media, Entertainment, Gaming and Sports (MEGS) segment, servicing our Americas book of business. Braze Solutions Consultants are trusted advisors to our prospective customers during the sales process, bringing extensive product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to bear. The Senior Solutions Consultant role is a critical member of the team, whose job includes being a technical thought leader across the MEGS vertical, across various customer types, and geographic markets. The role will draw upon your experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success, along with a high level of curiosity about all things tech. You will serve as a mentor to Solutions Consultants on your team.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers during the sales process; bring product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to bear; serve as a technical thought leader across the MEGS vertical, customer types, and geographic markets; position new BrazeAI capabilities (AI Decisioning Studio, AI Content Optimizer, AI Agents, and more) to the most sophisticated customers; partner with Braze's sales, marketing, security, and product teams; mentor Solutions Consultants on your team; support the Americas book of business for the Media, Entertainment, Gaming and Sports (MEGS) segment; travel up to 50% at peak times

Requirements

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills; unparalleled follow-up skills; strong team player; high level of intellectual curiosity; experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team; experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success; domain knowledge of two or more of: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, or Programming (even just HTML)
