Senior Specialist, Marketing Automation

Strategic advisor and lead role connecting technical capabilities to client commercial growth and automated customer journeys across email and text message marketing. The role covers discovery to deployment, shaping data, triggers and lifecycle journeys that support client growth. Part of the Marketing Automation team at s360, a marketing and AI consultancy, which is split across Copenhagen and Aarhus offices.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from discovery to launch, setting scope and timelines and aligning the teams involved; Build multi-channel journeys in ESPs using subscriber data, segmentation and behavioral triggers; Analyse engagement, behavioral data and commercial KPIs to find and make the next improvement to each journey; Act as the client's go-to for marketing automation, turning data into clear recommendations that stakeholders can act on; Apply creative and communication standards to every touchpoint to keep the brand consistent; Train colleagues in new tools, ESP functionality, lifecycle logic and client-handling techniques

Requirements

Hands-on experience building and QA'ing journeys in platforms like Klaviyo and Bloomreach, including flow logic, payloads and event triggers; Experience building lead journeys on external lead sources, and capturing, maximising and reporting on leads; Practical work with zero-party data architecture, dynamic segmentation and lifecycle personalisation; Knowledge of how marketing automation connects to e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, CRMs and customer data platforms; Ability to analyse engagement, behaviour and commercial KPIs and turn them into clear recommendations for client stakeholders; Proven experience taking the lead in the room, coming across as the professional authority on marketing automation; Strong professional communication skills in Danish and English
