Senior Systems Engineer is a hands-on, operationally accountable role at the heart of Verifone's Americas IT Infrastructure team. You will serve as a key technical contributor to Verifone's VMware-to-KVM/CloudStack migration program and broader platform operations — bringing depth across Linux, Windows, storage, and DevOps tooling while operating within a PCI DSS environment. This is a role for an experienced engineer who can independently own workstreams, mentor junior team members, and drive cross-team initiatives with limited supervision. You will proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and deliver results that directly impact Verifone's infrastructure reliability and compliance posture.
