Senior Tax Associate

TKR is hiring! TKR is an independent, full-service accounting and advisory firm specializing in accounting and consulting services for businesses and individuals. We are seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities

Utilize research, foundational tax, and accounting skills to identify potential risks and opportunities on a variety of tax compliance and consulting engagements; Prepare and review complex tax returns, projections, and models; Learn from on the job coaching and mentoring; Build on technical skills by keeping up with industry trends and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations; Demonstrate effective project and time management skills by being able to prioritize a variety of tasks and delegate work to associates; Support the growth and development of team members and help associates meet their professional goals

Requirements

BS/BA degree in Accounting; 2+ years of public accounting experience; Self-motivation; Strong communication and organizational skills; Foundational knowledge of technical tax concepts

Nice to have

CPA or EA license
