Senior Technical Recruiter (6-month FTC)

Responsibilities

Working with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally; Partner with top-tier senior stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice; Host hiring events and manage end-to-end recruitment projects; Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process, including confidently offering and closing; Partner with technical sourcers to ensure a diverse pipeline of top-tier technical talent

Requirements

4+ years of technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment; Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders; Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders; Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated

Nice to have

1+ year of in-house recruitment experience
