Responsibilities

Ability to interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction; Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations; Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer; Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food; Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned; Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverages, and retail outlets within the stadium; Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management; Adhere to the Legends Global and venue company policies; Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training; Complete other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age; Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays); Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards; Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette; Must be able to read, speak and write English Language to communicate with guests; Ability to lift and transport items that weigh 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds; Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays; Must have enough mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time; Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast-paced restaurant; High school diploma or equivalent; Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training; Ability to attain the required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events; Strong attention to detail; Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes; Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
