Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Service Operations Analyst; Proficiency with core technologies including Windows, Linux, and/or Solaris operating systems, MS SQL or Oracle databases, and Nagios monitoring systems; Practical knowledge of networking and security tools such as Juniper/Cisco equipment, TCP/IP, TCPdump, Nessus, and Snort; Strong incident, problem, and change management skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive fault resolution across multiple concurrent issues; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a cross-functional team; Fluency in English (B2); Availability for Hybrid model, 3 times a week based in Porto; Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
