Job Description

As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King location, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations during your assigned shifts. You will lead a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold Burger King's high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Supervise and train team members on proper food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.; Manage cash handling procedures, including drawer reconciliation and bank deposits.; Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.; Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste.; Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.; Oversee opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup and breakdown.; Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.; Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.; Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance and any operational issues.; Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment for both employees and customers.
