Oversee daily operations of a Burger King shift, ensuring efficient service, high-quality food, and a positive customer experience. This role involves leading a team, maintaining operational standards, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Supervise and train team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback.; Ensure adherence to all Burger King operational standards, including food safety, quality control, and cleanliness.; Manage cash handling procedures, including register reconciliation and bank deposits.; Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.; Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking supplies.; Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.; Prepare food items according to Burger King specifications.; Open and close the restaurant according to established procedures.; Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.; Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
