Shipper/Receiver

As a Shipper/Receiver, you will play a key role in managing the flow of materials in and out of the warehouse. You will ensure accuracy in receiving, storing, and shipping goods while maintaining up-to-date inventory records and supporting internal operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming goods, inspect for damage, and verify accuracy against purchase orders and invoices; Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to order requirements; Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse or ERP systems; Provide information on stock levels, transfers, and delivery schedules; Ensure proper routing and movement of materials between departments; Complete shipping, receiving, and transfer documentation; Support inventory control processes, including cycle counts and audits; Assist in training and supporting team members; Investigate and resolve discrepancies or non-routine issues

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations; Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures; Experience with ERP or computerized inventory systems; Solid organizational and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset; Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset
