Shower Door Coordinator

Responsibilities

Receive and process requests directly from customers (via telephone, fax and email) for price quotations, product availability, customer orders, product information, order changes, and cancellations; Quickly and professionally resolve customer complaints and problems; Understand the glass and hardware product lines; Read and understand drawings showing measurements of custom glass orders; Utilize AS400 and CR Laurence GlazierPro computer programs; Generate pricing quotes in a timely manner; Possess strong customer service skills; Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers; Sustain a working technical knowledge of all available products; Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of this job; Experience in a position that deals directly with customers (front-line); Excellent written & verbal communication skills; Skilled in MS Office and proficient in Excel and Word; Ability to read, interpret, & understand architectural drawings and specifications; Ability to learn computer software estimating programs to prepare estimates; Strong math skills; especially with fractions and decimals as a unit of measure; Organized, self-starter with the ability to multi-task numerous projects, phones, and work with minimal supervision; Ability to learn custom door hardware applications and pricing; Ability to develop and maintain effective customer relationships

Nice to have

Previous sales/customer services experience in the building materials industry is helpful
