Showroom Host

Babylist is hiring a Full-Time Showroom Host to join our Beverly Hills team. Since opening in 2023, we've welcomed expecting parents and their loved ones into a beautifully curated space to explore baby gear, build registries, and feel truly supported. This is a permanent, in-showroom position (not event-based), averaging 35–40 hours per week with additional hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

Guest experience - greet and guide every family through the showroom with warmth and intention; Registry support - help guests build and manage Babylist registries that actually fit their needs; Product knowledge - stay current on gear, safety info, and brand standards so every recommendation lands; Showroom operations - support events, pop-ups, inventory receiving, merchandising, and keeping the floor guest-ready; Performance - meet guest satisfaction and product knowledge goals; Content support - collaborate with the social and content team on showroom moments where applicable; Feedback loop - share ideas that help improve the in-store experience over time

Requirements

2+ years in retail, hospitality, or guest service; Natural connector; Comfortable with product knowledge; Team player; Operationally reliable; Physically ready (available evenings, weekends, and holidays; able to lift 25-30 lbs and stand 8-10 hours); Weekend availability required
