The base salary for this position is $20.44 - $24.05 hourly.

As the face of our transportation services, you'll not only navigate the roads with expertise but also ensure that each ride is a delightful journey for our guests. This is a full-time temporary position ending in January 2027.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a shuttle vehicle, following traffic rules and regulations, and ensuring the well-being of passengers during transportation.; Familiarize yourself with designated routes, schedules, and destinations to provide efficient transportation services for guests.; Offer friendly and courteous customer service, assisting passengers with boarding, providing information about destinations, and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.; Conduct routine inspections of the shuttle vehicle, reporting any issues promptly, and ensuring it is in good working condition.; Maintain clear and effective communication with hotel staff and guests, coordinating pick-up and drop-off times, and addressing any transportation-related inquiries or concerns.

Requirements

Valid State Driver’s License.; Ability to provide a clean driver's abstract.; Prior Customer Service experience, hotel experience preferred.; Two years experience driving vehicles.; Ability to drive all vehicle types.
