SIGDEV Analyst 2 (CCAs Accepted)

In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer's computers and networks, ensuring front-end systems continue to collect, process and transmit information vital to national decision makers. The contract has a current opening for a Level 2 SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst. You will provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer accesses. The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP.

Responsibilities

Support 24x7 operations in a fast-paced watch center; Maintain the customer's computers and networks; Ensure front-end systems continue to collect, process and transmit information; Provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer accesses; Focus on data and voice communications, including DR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP; Support varying schedules including day, swing, and mid shifts, weekends and holidays

Requirements

United States Citizenship; Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph; At least five years of demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support; Within the last seven years, at least five years of experience with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications; Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, to include use of the command-line; FORNSAT experience; Front-end collection systems, including survey systems; DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration; Basic troubleshooting experience; Ability to follow basic SOPs and update documentation accordingly; Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies; Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450)
