Responsibilities

Technical Development of Assembly and Interconnect Technology (AIT).; FE simulation and reliability analysis of new and improved technologies, processes and concepts regarding electrical/mechanical components and interconnects.; Simulation support for local and global product development projects and local plant.; Method development to further extend simulation capabilities or increase efficiency; Support data analytics, data mining and machine learning

Requirements

M.Sc. in Computational Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable studies; Experience in the field of FE Simulation (e.g. ANSYS); Basic knowledge in area of data analytics, data mining, machine learning; Enthusiasm for innovative, technical questions and academic work.; Structured way of working and quality mindset.
