Social Creative

The Social Creative develops and delivers social-first content for Axel Arigato, from concept through to final output. The role combines creative thinking, cultural awareness and hands-on production, working across campaigns, community initiatives, events and cultural moments to keep the brand relevant and distinctive on social. This role reports to the Head of Content Creation.

Responsibilities

Develop social-first creative concepts that support seasonal narratives, product stories and cultural moments; Own content projects from initial idea through planning, production, editing and delivery; Create content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms; Capture and produce content independently using agile, mobile-first formats where appropriate; Plan and deliver larger-scale content in collaboration with photographers, videographers, DOPs, creators and external talent; Capture or direct content at campaigns, events, retail locations, community activations, launches and offices around the world; Build moodboards, treatments and creative presentations to communicate storytelling approaches; Partner with the Social Lead, Brand Team, Art Director and Content Producer to keep content aligned with broader brand and seasonal narratives

Requirements

3+ years' experience creating content for social platforms; Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, content creation and storytelling; Experience shooting and editing social-first content; Proven ability to create content independently and to collaborate with photographers, videographers and creative partners; Strong eye for storytelling and aesthetics; Deep understanding of social culture, trends and emerging platforms; Proactive, self-driven approach and comfort working autonomously; Strong organizational skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments; Willingness to travel; Right to work in Sweden
