Software Engineer- AI Platform Tooling

In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing the tools, frameworks, and services that empower developers to create powerful solutions using Generative AI. Your work will span everything from tooling and evaluations to building solutions for accessing Large Language Model (LLM) providers. You'll directly influence the quality of our GenAI offerings and, in turn, enhance the lives of our customers and developers.

Responsibilities

Developing the tools, frameworks, and services that empower developers to create powerful solutions using Generative AI; Working on tooling and evaluations; Building solutions for accessing Large Language Model (LLM) providers; Directly influencing the quality of GenAI offerings and enhancing the lives of customers and developers

Requirements

Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with a keen interest in frameworks and backend solutions; Experience in an operations role, preferably with hands-on experience in AWS and Kubernetes (K8s); A genuine interest in and demonstrated knowledge of the modern AI landscape, including but not limited to Context Engineering, the full RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) lifecycle, and best MLOps practices; A deep passion for technology, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical skills; The ability to break down complex challenges into manageable parts and construct solutions with short, iterative feedback cycles; A strong sense of ownership over your work, a commitment to helping your team succeed, and a love for thriving in a collaborative environment where teamwork is celebrated
