Software Engineer

The Software Engineer is responsible for creating ICT solutions that comply with the internal customer's requirements, guaranteeing maximum functionality and efficiency. The core responsibilities of the role are: planning and designing the solution in detail; developing and engineering solution components; creating prototypes and solutions that end users will employ; formalizing and documenting solutions; supporting, where necessary, beyond the first level (Help desk).

Requirements

1.01 Understands internal customer requirements and how these translate into application functionality; 1.02 Collaborates with other IT professionals to define technical specifications and feasibility estimates; 1.03 Create mockups and prototypes in accordance with the outlined specifications; 1.04 Participate in the entire software life cycle by developing individual components and/or entire features; 1.05 Writes quality code according to standards and using shared tools; 1.06 Performs pre-release testing and code review activities in order to guarantee shared quality standards; 1.07 Care the development and maintenance of integrations and data flows within a complex application system; 1.08 Troubleshooting and application debugging; 1.09 Monitor existing applications in order to report the need for updates and/or new features; 1.10 Create technical documentation and training material to facilitate end-user adoption; 1.10 Creates technical documentation and training materials to facilitate end-user adoption; 1.11 Acts as a product expert (feature, module, system) to turn to for support or new requests development; 1.12 Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improvement of effectiveness/efficiency of its Responsibilities; 1.13 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business; 1.14 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community
