Software Engineering Intern (Summer 2027)

***Please note - Currently we are only considering individuals who will be graduating in December of 2027 or May/June of 2028**

The compensation for this role will be $45 per hour, based upon a 40 hour work week.

Responsibilities

10 - 12 week summer internship based out of our NYC office in NoMad; Play a key role in building new features for our core products; Improve the speed and reliability of existing applications; Work with other employees to find new product opportunities; Help us scale the company, the culture, and our products

Requirements

A rising senior pursuing a BS computer science or related field; Experience in at least one modern programming language; Experience or desire to learn how to build complex applications on AWS services; Inspired by our mission to improve healthcare through technology; Seeks simple approaches to complex problems; Proven track record of being an independent self-starter

Nice to have

Experience with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Postgres, Terraform; Experience with AWS services, such as DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lambda, or AppSync; Prior internship experience working on building software products, particularly in the healthcare space
