Solution Consultant (f/m/d)

We are Workerbase – building an AI platform that digitizes manual manufacturing processes for global brands like Porsche, Siemens, and Bosch. Demand is growing fast. We need a Solution Consultant who wants to take ownership and transform shopfloor processes worldwide.

Responsibilities

Own the Workerbase solution for your customers; Run workshops to understand their challenges and design smart solutions; Build and deploy apps on our low-code AI platform; Train customer teams to create their own solutions; Spot growth opportunities and engage senior stakeholders; Feed your insights directly into our product roadmap

Requirements

Take initiative and enjoy leading projects; Have some experience in consulting or customer-facing roles; Understand tech and can write basic code; Can grasp and design complex processes fast; Speak German at C1 level or above; Love learning, improving, and challenging the status quo
