Sourcer

Great sourcing is detective work. You'll figure out who's doing exceptional work, where to find them, and what would make them want to talk to us. You'll source across engineering, research, product, and partnerships, working side by side with our recruiters and hiring managers. The bar is extremely high. A good résumé isn't enough, and neither is a keyword match. You need to know what makes someone exceptional, and why.

Responsibilities

Build pipelines for our hardest searches, technical and non-technical; Map the market, learning which teams, labs, and communities produce the best people and sharing what you're seeing; Write specific, researched, never templated outreach; Run first conversations and hand recruiters candidates who are warm and ready; Tell hiring managers when a spec doesn't match the market, and show them why; Find new channels when the obvious ones run dry
