Spa Attendant

The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and guest service throughout the spa, fitness, and thermal facilities. This role supports a seamless luxury spa experience by ensuring all areas are impeccably maintained, amenities are replenished, and guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for at all times.

Responsibilities

Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and guest service throughout the spa, fitness, and thermal facilities; Providing professional, warm, and engaging service to spa guests, hotel guests, day visitors, and members; Supporting opening and closing of spa and fitness facilities; Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all spa, fitness, thermal, pool, and relaxation areas; Servicing and maintaining men’s and women’s locker rooms; Conducting frequent walk-throughs of spa and fitness facilities; Collecting used linens and restocking clean linens; Maintaining presentation and order of relaxation lounges, thermal suites, pools, and spa public spaces; Replenishing food, beverage, water, and refreshment stations; Performing scheduled pool and jacuzzi water testing; Monitoring spa equipment and facilities and reporting maintenance or safety issues; Assisting therapists, reception, and other spa departments; Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns; Following all company and safety and security policies and procedures; Embodying the 1 Hotels Vision, Mission and Compass

Requirements

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards; Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; Comfortable performing physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying supplies throughout the shift; Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately; Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and early or late shifts; Professional demeanor with a calm, service-oriented attitude

Nice to have

Previous experience in a spa, fitness, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment preferred; Basic knowledge of spa facilities, thermal areas, pools, and hygiene standards preferred
