Our front desk and hospitality team are the face of our brand — setting the tone for every guest interaction with professionalism, warmth, and expertise. We are seeking a warm, sales-savvy Spa Coordinator to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate is guest-centered, detail-oriented, and excited to build a career in luxury hospitality. You'll serve as the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in the guest journey, retail sales, and the daily rhythm of the spa.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet, check in, and check out every guest; recommend services, upgrades, and retail products tailored to guest needs; maintain an organized, welcoming front desk environment; manage the appointment book to maximize bookings; support the team with scheduling, phones, and guest inquiries

Requirements

1-2 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality/retail experience; friendly professional demeanor; strong communication skills; comfort learning booking and point-of-sale software; flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
