Spa Coordinator

We are looking for one guest focused person to join our team as a Spa Coordinator in the evening hours at the Spa at Willows Lodge. Our Spa Coordinators open and close the guest visit in the spa by ensuring an enjoyable, relaxing experience and engaging with the guests in a courteous and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

Open and close the guest visit in the spa by ensuring an enjoyable, relaxing experience; Engage with guests in a courteous and efficient manner; Provide genuine greetings and grateful goodbyes; Give tours of amenities; Stock areas with every essential; Assist guests with any needs or requests; Run an appointment book; Handle a busy phone line at a world-class spa

Requirements

A warm, engaging presence that makes guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive; A sharp eye for the details that keep the day running smoothly; The ability to stay calm, organized, and helpful when the spa gets busy; A natural instinct for creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences; Clear, confident communication with guests and coworkers; The ability to frequently bend, push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds; Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
