Responsibilities

Role Overview; Key Responsibilities; Provide a wide range of high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies.; Deliver exceptional guest care, ensuring a calm, welcoming, and luxurious experience at all times.; Maintain treatment rooms, therapy equipment, and spa areas to the highest hygiene and presentation standards.; Advise guests on aftercare, treatment benefits, and suitable home-care products.; Support spa reception and guest flow when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.; Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.; Assist with the opening and closing procedures for the spa and gym.; Maintain accurate treatment records and support the management team with stock control.

Requirements

Requirements; Recognised Level 3 beauty or massage qualification (or equivalent).; Previous experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment is preferred.; Strong treatment skills with attention to detail and a genuine passion for holistic wellbeing.; Excellent communication, guest-care, and interpersonal skills.; Professional, calm, and well-presented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.; Commitment to maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene and service.
