Spire Bar Server (Full-Time) - Arizona Biltmore

The Spire Bar Server is responsible for service of beverage and/or food in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction; keep service station and section clean and organized at all times; serve, pre-bus and re-set tables during the shift; and maintain significant menu knowledge of both the food and beverage menus.

Responsibilities

Service of beverage and/or food in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction; Keep service station and section clean and organized at all times; Serve, pre-bus and re-set tables during the shift; Maintain significant menu knowledge of both food and beverage menus; Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift; Greet guests and explain specials, promotions and snacks; Take orders and upsell items as appropriate; Record order details and repeat order to guest for accuracy; Input orders into point-of-sale system; Replenish beverages and check with guests for satisfaction; Present check to guest and invite them to return

Requirements

At least two (2) years of Serving experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant; Experience with POS systems such as Micros or Agilysis; Maricopa County Food Handler Card; TIPS Certified; Available to work afternoons, evenings and nights

Nice to have

High school graduate or equivalent; Experience in an upscale / luxury dining environment; Hotel / resort experience; Title IV Certification; ServSafe Certified; CPR / First Aid Certified
