Sr. Analyst, RGM Strategy - Cracker

The Senior Analyst, Revenue Growth Management - Crackers is a key contributor to Campbell's RGM capability within the Crackers category, reporting to the Director, RGM Strategy - Crackers. This role leads analysis across pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), trade, promotion, and mix to inform pricing and growth decisions for the Crackers portfolio. Working within the Crackers RGM Strategy team, the Senior Analyst owns end-to-end analytical workstreams within their assigned levers, synthesizes insights across brands and channels within the category, and partners closely with Category, Insights, Sales and Finance to drive improved price realization and profitable growth.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end analysis supporting pricing strategy for innovation launches and broader pricing initiatives; Own end-to-end analysis on price-pack architecture decisions - price ladders, pack gaps, and pack role strategy; Manage and optimize trade spend in line with overall brand strategy; Evaluate promotional effectiveness and identify efficient events based on ROI and lift; Support portfolio and channel mix analysis to identify growth opportunities; Build clear, executive-ready analysis and readouts for Category and RGM leadership; Partner with Sales, Finance, and Category teams to align pricing and trade recommendations with business objectives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; Preference for Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field; 4+ years of experience in pricing strategy, RGM, sales strategy, or finance; CPG strongly preferred; Advanced Excel and strong analytical modeling skills; Experience working with syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI); Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working through ambiguity

Nice to have

Direct experience with pricing strategy, PPA, or trade optimization; Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities (e.g., PowerPoint, dashboards); Exposure to category or portfolio-level strategy work
