Sr Functional Consultant - Absence & Time Tracking

We are looking for a hardworking, innovative and collaborative Absence Management and Time Tracking Consultant to join our team. In this role you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday solutions with customers through product and implementation expertise.

Responsibilities

Master Workday Absence and Time Tracking; Understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype configuration, and assist the client in testing; Work with the client to convert legacy data into Workday; Assist the Integration Consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and 3rd party/custom solutions; Understand Workday's Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements; Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions; Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants; Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships

Requirements

Extensive experience implementing Absence and Time Tracking systems; Requirements gathering, configuration, data conversion, and testing; Detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented; Able to successfully partner with customers and project team; 4+ years Consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company; 4+ years experience working with, or implementing, a Tier 1 business software application such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar; Business analysis and requirements gathering skills; A strong presenter with excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability and desire to learn technology quickly through a mix of different mediums; Resourceful and adaptable; Experience with Payroll compliance and/or legislation; Ability to work remotely, utilizing a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomy; Ability to travel up to 20% of the time; Business fluent English
