Sr. Manager, Supply Chain

The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. As a Senior Manager within Lam’s Global Supply Chain Management organization, this role serves as the Supply Chain Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for an assigned Product Group.

Responsibilities

Serve as Supply Chain Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for an assigned Product Group; Act as the primary liaison between the Product Group and Supply Chain, ensuring mutual understanding, responsiveness, and aligned priorities; Represent Supply Chain in Product Group forums and vice versa; Report into Supply Chain leadership while taking strategic direction and performance input from the Product Group leadership team; Align cross-functional resources to support Product Group business objectives and Reliant partner needs; Prioritize initiatives, establish performance targets, and drive execution to deliver measurable results; Facilitate executive collaboration forums to support joint decision-making and strategic alignment; Lead execution of Product Group supply chain strategies and initiatives, ensuring stakeholder accountability; Serve as the single point of contact for Global Supplier Management to address sourcing escalations and cost roadmap alignment; Translate Product Group market strategies into actionable supply chain requirements; Capture and translate foundational business requirements into supply chain deliverables; Maintain a strategic view of product consumption patterns and cycles; Own the integrated view of strategies, goals, and milestones across the Product Group and Supply Chain; Provide inspired leadership to the global supply chain organization; Act as a catalyst for change, continuously improving processes and capabilities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or Business with 6-8 years of management experience; Twelve (12) years of leadership experience in supply chain or operations, with deep expertise in logistics, planning, and execution; Proven success in executive-level stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership; Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a track record of delivering results; Domestic travel of up to 25% may be required
