Sr. Occupancy Planner

This is a hybrid position with an expectation of working on-site 3 days a week. As a Senior Occupancy Planner, you will be responsible for fostering partnerships with both the client's Real Estate Organization and end users to cultivate innovative space solutions. You will ensure consistent delivery of planning services and effectively managing and reporting occupancy data within the parameters of the client's workplace programs and strategy. Operating within a dynamic and forward-thinking culture, you will leverage your expertise in the creation of occupancy scenario and collaborative workplace practices to offer comprehensive solution options for intricate occupancy issues. This role requires three days (3) of onsite presence weekly.

Responsibilities

Foster partnerships with the client's Real Estate Organization and end users to cultivate innovative space solutions; Ensure consistent delivery of planning services; Manage and report occupancy data within the parameters of the client's workplace programs and strategy; Create occupancy scenarios and offer comprehensive solution options for intricate occupancy issues; Support planning and managing portfolios and maximizing space utilization; Assist clients in migration plans, group and individual moves; Prepare and update project status reports on actual versus projected seat demand; Report on current supply and capacity and forecast inventory changes; Support organizational leadership in identifying space requirements and apply space utilization methods; Assist clients in reconciling discrepancies from top-down projections; Analyze complex data and support strategic Corporate Real Estate decision making; Foster relationships and coordination among different JLL businesses while managing complex stakeholder expectations

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in corporate environment, preferably in strategic space / occupancy planning; Bachelor's degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design or a related field; Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cell calculations) and Microsoft Power Point; Proficiency in CAFM/IWMS software; Experience with AutoCAD for basic test-fits and square foot calculations; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; Strategic thinking and big-picture perspective; Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Nice to have

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to consolidate data and floor plans into clear PowerPoint presentations for client support; experience with CAFM/IWMS software
