Sr. Strategic Finance Manager (Remote)

We’re seeking a Senior Strategic Finance Manager to guide how Rula grows. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Health Plans and Partnerships teams to shape growth strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and drive strategic trade-offs using unit economics, financial modeling, and data analysis, within a complex healthcare services marketplace. You’ll be responsible to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, while balancing short-term efficiency with long-term impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, navigating ambiguity, and shaping strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Health Plans and Partnerships teams to shape growth strategy; Evaluate trade-offs and drive strategic decisions using unit economics, financial modeling, and data analysis; Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights; Balance short-term efficiency with long-term impact; Navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced collaborative environment and shape strategic decisions

Requirements

7+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles; Demonstrated track record of informing growth or go-to-market strategies through quantitative financial analysis; Deep understanding of key unit economics metrics, including LTV, CAC, payback periods, and cohort analyses; Experience building, owning, and maintaining scenario-based top-line forecasts; Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience building granular financial models to ingest and analyze complex datasets (e.g., using SQL, BI platforms, or advanced analytical tools); Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-finance partners; Experience partnering cross-functionally to evaluate trade-offs, test strategic assumptions, and drive operational accountability across teams

Nice to have

Experience in a healthcare services or marketplace businesses; Background in a high-growth or scaling company; Prior experience in Investment Banking, Private equity, or Consulting; Experience partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Analytics teams
