Staff Production Support Specialist / Production Planner (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

Sample material planning and shipment scheduling, expediting and tracking for Research and Development activities; Strong collaboration with BU interfaces, stakeholders and peers; Integrate product BOM into PLM tool; Update SAP systems to capture and track material plans and status; Manage and track and reporting about engineering material inventory at OSATs; Submit and manage purchase requests, work orders for R&D materials; Facilitate shipping process for customer, engineering, qualification samples.; Identify critical path, and propose risk mitigation and contingency strategies for delays and shortages

Requirements

End-to-End Supply Chain Planning Expertise; SAP Expert knowledge & System Expertise; Business Warehouse: Advanced knowledge; Strong solution oriented by cross-functional project leadership; Driving Continuous Improvement; Organized and detail oriented; Highly motivated; Has high level of integrity in creating and honoring commitments; Sense of urgency to meet internal and external customer requirements; 6+ years’ experience in material planning or related experience; Expert level an WO & PO management, Lot transactions, material bookings and BOM setup in SAP; Proficient Microsoft excel and power point.; Knowledge in ERP preferred; Communicate effectively
