Responsibilities

Operate industrial dishwashers, glass washers, and a 3-compartment sink; wash dishes and items by hand when necessary; Follow sanitation policies, clean trash receptacles, stock hand washing supplies, and frequently sanitize table tops and galley equipment; Broom and mop the galley area as needed; perform occasional deep cleaning of restaurant areas; Clean deep fat fryers, grills, and flat tops as needed to ensure proper operation; Assist prep cooks and other kitchen staff as needed, and follow supervisors’ instructions

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for the entire shift; Capable of bending, stooping, using hands continuously, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 45 lbs occasionally; Ability to work in hot and/or humid environments; Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be flexible with shift timings; Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
