As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and safe operations that support product availability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Execute core fulfilment and support processes efficiently using available systems and tools; Ensure high goods availability through accurate and timely operational execution; Contribute to smooth daily operations by working in a lean, simple, and cost conscious way; Follow and promote all health, safety, and security guidelines to create a safe environment; Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to improve operational performance; Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and ideas; Take responsibility for your assigned area to meet operational goals before the start of each day; Contribute to delivering a great customer experience across all touchpoints

Requirements

Knowledge of retail and/or logistics operations and working methods; A strong understanding of safety, quality, and operational standards; A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering results; The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team; Good attention to detail, discipline, and time management skills; Flexibility and openness to change in a dynamic environment; Basic understanding of tools, systems, and KPIs relevant to operations; Confidence in using technical equipment and digital tools; Strong communication and interpersonal skills
